Licence, refunds & privacy

Plain-language terms for everything you buy from Solvy. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram @buildwithratna.

Licence

Templates and kits. One purchase covers one website: your own, or one client's. You may change everything: text, colours, photos and code.

Prompt packs and guides. Use them for yourself and for any number of your own client projects.

All-Access. Covers unlimited websites for you and your clients while your access is active (yearly) or forever (lifetime).

Not allowed:

Reselling, sharing or giving away the files, prompts or PDFs, changed or unchanged.
Selling a template as a template, theme or kit on any marketplace.
Uploading the files to a public place where others can download them.

Photos. Demo photos are for previewing the design. Replace them with your own photos before you publish, especially before/after, review and team photos, which must be real and used with permission.

Ringkasnya: 1 template = 1 website (milikmu atau 1 klien). Prompt pack boleh dipakai untuk proyekmu dan klienmu. Dilarang menjual ulang atau membagikan file. Ganti foto contoh dengan foto asli sebelum website dipublikasikan.

Delivery

Checkout runs on Lynk.id. After payment you get a download link on screen and by email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then message us with your order email.

All products are digital files (HTML, PDF, TXT, CSV, ZIP). Nothing is shipped.

Ringkasnya: file dikirim otomatis lewat Lynk.id ke layar dan emailmu setelah pembayaran. Cek folder spam jika belum masuk.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. We will still make it right if:

A file is broken, missing or won't open.
The product is clearly different from its description on this site.
You were charged twice for the same product.

Message us within 7 days of purchase with your order email. We will fix or replace the file first; if we can't, we refund you.

Ringkasnya: karena file langsung terkirim, pembelian tidak bisa dibatalkan. Tapi jika file rusak, tidak sesuai deskripsi, atau terbayar dua kali, hubungi kami maksimal 7 hari setelah pembelian. Kami perbaiki, ganti, atau kembalikan dana.

Privacy

This site doesn't use tracking cookies or ask for your personal data. Payments and the details you give at checkout (name, email, phone) are handled by Lynk.id under their own privacy policy. We only use your order details to deliver your files and answer your questions. We never sell or share them.
